I have been a Full-Time Licensed Real Estate Professional in San Diego for over 30 Years.  

I am a Licensed Real Estate Broker which means that I have chosen to Educated myself well beyond that of an ordinary Real Estate Agent.  A Real Estate Agent could not Sell Your Home without being under the Supervision of a Real Estate Broker such as myself.  

My past clients tell me that they enjoy working with me because I am always Calm under pressure.  I look to solve problems before they arise.  Every Real Estate transaction has its unique circumstances.  I look for potential obstacles that may present themselves in your Home Sale or Purchase and direct us around them.

Dear Mark,

I want to express my appreciation for your tireless efforts in connection with the sale of te home of my client, Bill Ballance, located at 4329 Bromfield in San Diego.  

As Trustee of this estate but located in los Angeles I felt the sale would be daunting at best being so many miles away.  You proved me wrong with your professional handling of the entire transaction.  You had experienced vendors at your finger tips to do the painting, carpeting and yard clean-up and you acted as overseer of it all in my absence.  Even the high rainfall of this year didn't stop your hands on involvement with the purchase of a pump strategically placed to protect the property.  The detailed long distance paper work was handled efficiently with every "i" dotted and "t'" crossed.
